What is neurofeedback?
Neurofeedback is a non-invasive, evidence-based form of brain training. Sensors placed gently on your scalp measure your brainwave activity in real time. That information is fed back to you through a visual and/or auditory signal and your brain will begin learning optimal patterns for peak performance and regulation.
Over a series of sessions, your brain builds new, more balanced patterns that carry into your daily life. Just your brain’s own neuroplasticity, guided by real-time feedback.
Neurofeedback is a wellness service. It is not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment. Individual results vary.
What to expect
A relaxed 15-minute Consultation Call to talk through your goals and answer any questions. No pressure, no commitment. Morning and evening slots available.
We will review your complete history and goals for neurofeedback. Small sensors are placed on your scalp and we will take several readings; with this data we will create a custom brain training protocol tailored to meet your needs. At the end of the session you will experience brain training for the first time. Please allow 90 minutes.
Based on your goals and response to training, your protocol is tailored and refined. Most clients notice changes within 6–10 sessions.
Each session we check in on your experience and adjust your protocol accordingly. Your progress guides every decision.
